RESUPPLY MODULE

Description

The resupply modules are the only components of the S.M.I.T.E. system that aren't carried by every player. Whenever a player is "injured" or "killed" by an IR tag, the person in the Medic role uses the module programmed to act as a Medic Box to "heal" or respawn the player. Similarly, if a player is low on ammunition, it can be topped up using an Ammunition Box. By aiming the box's infrared LED at any of the player's sensors and pressing and holding the button, hit points are restored at a rate of three points per second to a maximum of 100, or ammunition is increased to the gun's maximum capacity at a rate of nine rounds per second. The status of the resupply is displayed on the gun's LCD screen. The modules are made of aluminium and feature a sunken button (to protect it from being accidentally pressed), waterproofed electronics and a backlit 2x16 LCD screen.

The Control Box features aluminium construction, waterproofed electronics, a 4x16 backlit LCD screen, a keyed power switch (to prevent tampering) and a serial port to connect to a PC.
